Claudette Henderson's Obituary
Claudette Henderson, 58, of Alliance, died on Monday, January 8, 2007, at 12:10 p.m. at Alliance Community Hospital. Born on October 26, 1948 in Alliance, she had lived in Alliance all of her life. A graduate of Alliance High School, she also received her Medical Assistant Certificate. She had been employed by the Ohio Department of Human Services. Claudette was a member of the East Congregation of Jehovah s Witnesses. During her leisure times, she enjoyed sewing and art. She is survived by a daughter, Tabitha Henderson of Alliance; a granddaughter, Jaidyn Henderson; her mother, Maggie (Paul) Smith of Alliance; two sisters, Mary Battle of Columbus, and Earline Carter of Akron; a sister-in-law, Pinkie Pope of Chicago, IL; and many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was her father, Jack Henderson; a sister, Barbara Daniels; and a brother, Thomas Henderson. The family will receive friends at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Saturday, January 13, 2007, from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., the hour of service. Brother Michael Stovall of the East Congregation of Jehovah s Witnesses will officiate.
