Claude Frank's Obituary
Claude Gaylord Frank, 75, of Alliance, died on Monday, November 9, 2009, at 9:25 p.m. at Alliance Community Hospital. Born on May 28, 1934 in Woodsfield, he lived in Alliance most of his life. He attended Alliance High School and graduated from Electronics School from the University of Akron and was a U. S. Army National Guard veteran. Mr. Frank attended Grace Community Church. He was a member of the Alliance Elks Club and the Alliance Singles Club. Claude was the former owner/operator of North Coast Profile, Circuitronics and Electronic Circuits and Design. In his past-time, he enjoyed motorcycle travel, flying, playing cards and computers. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Joel Jenkins of Alliance; two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Ruth Anne Frank of Louisville and Dewayne and Janet Frank of Alliance; four grandchildren, Jennifer (Ron) Polverine, Jacqueline (Eric) Wagner, Katie Frank and Bret Nemitz; six great-grandchildren, Olivia Polverine, Codi Eyre, Tiffany Polverine, A.J. Polverine, Codi Wagner and Clarissa Wagner; and his companion and caregiver, Twila Hoover of Alliance. Preceding him in death was his wife, Marianne Frank; an infant grandson, Ian Frank; and his parents, Henry and Garonet Frank. The family will receive friends at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Thursday, November 12, 2009 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. and again on Friday from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Funeral services will be held at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Friday, November 13, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Dan Michaels of Grace Community Church officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
