Cheryl Ann (Kirkpatrick) Van Orsdale's Obituary
Cheryl Ann (Kirkpatrick) Van Orsdale, 49, of Alliance, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 7, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at University Hospitals of Cleveland.
Born on February 17, 1966 in Alliance, to Paul William and Mabel Kirkpatrick, she lived in Alliance all of her life.
Cheryl was member of Beechwood Christian Church and was a 1984 graduate of Marlington High School.
Cheryl was employed at J.C. Penney as a secretary for over 30 years and was also employed by Judge Dixie Park.
Survivors include her husband, Glenn J. Van Orsdale, whom she married on June 7, 1986; two sons, Seth Michael (Gena) Van Orsdale of Alliance and Luke William Van Orsdale of Alliance; her mother, Mabel Kirkpatrick of Alliance; two sisters, Cathy (David) Carlile of Homeworth and Susan (Eddie) Alvarez of Las Vegas, NV; three brothers, William (Jeanie) Conner of Alliance, David Conner of Conroe, TX and Robert (Lena) Conner of Alliance; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her father, Paul William Kirkpatrick; a sister, Barbara Parkison; a sister-in-law, Carol Conner; and a nephew, Shawn Michael Conner.
The family will receive friends at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Thursday, June 11, 2015 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 p.m.
Her Funeral Service will be held at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Friday, June 12, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Mark K. Irwin officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
