Chasmin Nathaniel Donte Jones' Obituary
The earth was graced with his presence for a short 19 years. He was the love and light of hundreds of people. Given to us on May 22, 1983 and called home August 10, 2002. Chasmin's loves were his family, his girlfriend Shelley, his best friend Kyle, and many more friends. He also had a devoted love to baseball, which he played for most of his 19 years. Not only was he beautiful on the outside, he had a beautiful, kind, generous and sweet soul, and always a beautiful smile. Chasmin will be loved and missed by his father, Nate, mother Barb, sister Chemere, and multitudes of aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins, and friends. Chasmin has joined his great grandparents Frank and Pearl Evans, grandfather Paul Lallie, Uncle Johnnie Lallie, Uncle Jerry Mathes, Uncle Harold Anderson, and cousin Debra Lallie. In life he was our sunshine. In death he is our star. He will shine on us forever. Funeral services will be held at New Zion Baptist Church on Saturday, August 17, 2002, at 12:00 noon with Rev. David Scarborogh, officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park. There will be no calling hours. The Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
