Charlotte Adams' Obituary
Charlotte (Herron) Adams, 97, of Alliance, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 8:30 am at her home in Alliance, Ohio.
Born on December 8, 1927 in Salem to Philip and Mary (McGuire) Herron, she lived in Alliance most of her life.
Charlotte was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was also a member of the former Funtastics at St. Joseph Catholic Church and was active in other areas of the church.
She graduated from Louisville High School and was a member of the Alliance Senior Center & their Chorus.
Survivors include her daughter, Linda Adams of Alliance; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her husband, John Quincy Adams, whom she married on June 17, 1950 and who died on May 10, 2012; a daughter, Kathleen Herold; her parents; three sisters, Marcella Common, Wilma Herron and Phyllis Herron; and two brothers, James and William Herron.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 9:30 am - 10:30 am at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home . Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 11:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with Rev. Bob England as celebrant. Burial will immediately follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
