Charles L."Charlie" Gang III's Obituary
Charles L. "Charlie" Gang III, 85, of Alliance, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2024 at 10:57 am at his home in Alliance, Ohio.
Born on February 19, 1939 in Alliance, to Charles and Dorothy (Cunningham) Gang, he lived in Alliance for all of his life.
A 1957 graduate of Alliance High School, Charles was employed at Kuntzman Trucking for 38 years as a truck driver.
He was a member of the Teamsters Union, a social member of several local clubs, including the Dante Alighieri Society.
Charles enjoyed playing poker with friends and going to Las Vegas and especially loved going to breakfast at Doug’s Classic 57.
Survivors include his children, Christopher (Rhonda) Gang of Louisville; Cheryl (Verlynn) Witte of Florida and Charles "Chuck" Gang IV of Canton; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; his step-sister, Cindy (Mike) Wilson; three step-brothers, Tim Gang, Jim (Kim) Gang and Jeff (Bonnie) Gang; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death was his parents; a sister, Darla McMath; and two brothers, Gary and Terry Gang.
The family will receive friends on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home. His Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 am. Burial will immediately follow at Highland Memorial Park.
