Cecelia was pretty darn well known. I talked with her hundreds of times. She had a beautiful smile and I love how she would laugh at my jokes. She comes from a Blessed and impressive Family who I extend a Heartfelt Sympathy and wish for her to be happy in Heaven.,She will be missed deeply.
My condolences to the family. I didn't know her well, but she did check in on me and Mike when we were being mischievous back in the day. May God bless all of you.
Cec Was so much fun and we laughed all the time when I first moved back to Alliance in the early 80’s. She helped me get through a difficult time and I am forever grateful. I was very sorry to hear of her passing. My sympathy to all in her family.

The day I met her, within 5 minutes she was handing me a key to come work with her, 22 years of friendship, laughter and love can't be replaced, I love you Cece! I'll miss you til we meet again. Lady..you had the biggest heart and always made me laugh! Do some good hair up there, mamma!

Cece did my moms hair for years! Doris Bradley loved her and always looked forward to seeing Cece! Then Cec's kind heart did moms hair at moms home when mom couldn't get out anymore. My mom is in hospice care and I know she would want to be at the calling hours. We will be donating to Angels for Animals in memory of Cece! Sure going to miss Cece, I will miss talking and visiting with her! We lost a great caring person, but Heaven gained an Angel!
