Carol (Stanish) Webster's Obituary
Carol (Stanish) Webster, 72, of N. Benton, passed away on Monday, October 21, 2013 at 4:45 a.m. at Alliance Community Care Center. Born on September 7, 1941 in Alliance, she lived in Alliance and North Benton all of her life and had attended Alliance High School. She retired from Crandall Medical Center in 2006, where she was employed as a STNA in the Restorative Department. In her past-time, she enjoyed playing with her dogs, Geoffrey Mushroom and Lucy Lou. She also enjoyed bird watching, watching the deer and squirrels and other wildlife that visited her property. Carol spent her leisure time reading and watching the boats on Berlin Lake. Survivors include her son, Robert J. Webster of N. Benton; two brothers, Albert J. "Noonie" (Linda) Stanish of Alliance and Ronald D. (Sheila) Stanish of Canton; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was her husband, James B. Webster on February 15, 1985, whom she married on October 19, 1958; and her parents, Albert G. and Jean A. (Albright) Stanish. A graveside service will be held at Alliance City Cemetery Chapel on Friday, October 25, 2013, at 12:00 p.m., with Rev. Timothy Muse of St. Paul s Lutheran Church officiating. There are no calling hours. Interment will follow at Alliance City Cemetery.
