Bruno R. Fudoli 's Obituary
Bruno R. Fudoli, 90, of Alliance, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 in his home with family at his side.
Born on May 22, 1925 in Alliance to Vincent and Teresa (Mommolite) Fudoli, he lived in Alliance for all of his life and was a 1942 graduate of Alliance High School.
Bruno was member of St. Joseph Catholic Church where he was an usher for over 40 years.
A veteran of World War II, he served in the US Coast Guard on the USS Beaufort (PF-59) in the European-African-Middle Eastern Areas and received the WWII Victory Medal and Good Conduct Medal.
He was a member of V.F.W. Post 1036 and American Legion Post 166 and had served with the Honor Guard for over 40 years.
Bruno retired from Transue & Williams where he was a Receiving Clerk.
Survivors include two nieces, Carol (Frank) Leopold of Canton and Anna DeMaria of Pacifica, CA; two nephews, Louis Natale of Streetsboro and Bruno (Molly) Natale of Alliance; special friend, Cleo Penrod of Alliance; God children, Frankie and Ross Leopold; three step-children, Keith (Sue) Crewson of Alliance, Carla (Tom) Tenney of Alliance and Kathy (Chuck) Morrison of Alliance; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents; a sister, Josephine Natale; a brother, Ross Fudoli; and a niece, Mary Louise Natale.
The family will receive friends on Monday, May 23, 2016 from 9:30 am - 10:30 am at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home.
His Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with Rev. Matthew J. Mankowski, of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, officiating. Burial, with military honors, will immediately follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
