Blake Isaac Patient's Obituary
Blake Isaac Patient, 15, of Louisville, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 7, 2023 at his home in Louisville, Ohio.
Born on June 24, 2008 in Wooster to Steve and Christina (Bowling) Patient, he lived in Louisville for the past three years.
He was a member of Louisville First Assembly of God Fusion Youth Group.
He attended Louisville Middle School where he was an honor roll student.
Blake loved creating videos, riding rollercoasters, and hanging out with friends. He could always get lost in a good story, whether a book, a movie or his own imagination.
Survivors include his parents, Pastor Steve and Christina Patient; his brother, Jude Patient; grandma, Lilly (Terry) McCann of New Vienna, OH and grandma, Beverly Patient of Puyallup, WA; grandfather, Edward (Omaira) Bowling of Davenport, FL; great-grandma, Eva Mae Rountree of Davenport, FL; three uncles, Dan Patient of Puyallup, WA, Bill Patient of Puyallup, WA and Nathan (Becca) Bowling of Milwaukee, WI; and cousins, Bruce and Vince.
Preceding him in death was his grandpa, Marc Patient.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Louisville First Assembly of God. His Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 pm. Private burial will immediately follow at Union Cemetery in Louisville.
