Beverly L. (Pasco) Butner's Obituary
Beverly L. (Pasco) Butner, 74, of Alliance, died on Saturday, November 10, 2007, at 5:46 p.m. at Alliance Community Hospital. She was born on November 11, 1932 in Alliance and lived in Alliance all of her life. Mrs. Butner was the owner of the former Beverly s Beauty Shop and had attended the First Christian Church. Beverly was an avid bingo player and enjoyed fishing. She especially loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her two sons, Lonnie B. (Susan) Butner of Alliance and Charles E. (Bonnie) Butner of Alliance; three grandchildren, Nicholas C. Butner, Linsay R. Butner and Jenna (Jack) Kiko; one great-grandchild, Tyler Mohler; four sisters, Phyllis A. Riesen of Alliance, Shirley M. (Robert) Leech of Alliance, Karen E. Gooden of Florida and Margaret R. (John) Stella of Alliance; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was her husband, Lonnie Edward Butner on March 2, 2006, whom she married on June 25, 1950; and her parents, John and Daisy (Wilson) Pasco. A Memorial Service will be held at Highland Memorial Park Chapel on Thursday, November 15, 2007, at 11:00 a.m., with the Rev. Joe Peters officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park. There will be no calling hours.
