Beulah M. "Bootie" Snure's Obituary
Beulah M. "Bootie" Snure, 90, of Alliance, died on Tuesday, October 5, 2004, at 2:50 p.m. at Canterbury Villa of Alliance. Born in Bolivar on November 4, 1913, she lived in the Alliance area most of her life. Bootie was a member of the East Nimishillen Church of the Brethren and the Women of the Moose #332. Mrs. Snure is survived by a sister, Gladys Dillon of Alliance; one niece; and 2 nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Snure (they were married on April 4, 1978: her son, Elmer Rininger; her parents, John Henry and Ida Estella (Hill) Duell; a sister, Irene Duell; and two brothers, Russell Duell and Raymond E. Duell. The family will receive friends at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Friday from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. with Elder Clif Baum of the Cornerstone Christian Church of Alliance officiating. Interment will follow the East Nimishillen Church of the Brethren Cemetery.
