Beryl N. Loudin's Obituary
Beryl N. Loudin, 86, of Alliance, died on Saturday, June 18, 2005, at 11:50 p.m. at Canterbury Villa of Alliance. Born in French Creek, W. Va. on , she lived most of her life in the Alliance area. Mrs. Loudin attended the Liberty Bible Church in Atwater. She is survived by three daughters, Helen Cash of Ravenna, Eleanor Neil of Summersville, W.Va., and Evelyn (Bob) Wine of Summersville, W. Va.; a son, Charles (Nadine) Allen of Ravenna; 24 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Blanche Howes of Ravenna, and Arlene Friend of Buckhannon, W.Va.; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clovis A. Loudin in 1993 (they were married on November 20, 1933); her parents, William and Sophrona (Phillips) Howes; two sons, John and Kenneth Loudin; three sisters, Maude Hardman, Addie Fontaine and Lula Howes; and three brothers, Dewey, Clyde and Homer Howes. The family will receive friends at the Tomblyn-Whitescarver Chapel in Buckhannon, W. Virginia, on Wednesday from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11:00 a.m., with the Rev. Philip Hickman officiating. Interment will follow at Laurel Fork Cemetery in French Creek, W. Va. Local arrangements are being handled by the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home.
