Beatrice G. Rowe's Obituary
Beatrice G. Rowe, 88, of Alliance, died on Tuesday, October 18, 2005, at 6:03 p.m. at Altercare of Alliance. Born in Buffalo, OH, on December 17, 1916, she had lived in Alliance most of her life. Mrs. Rowe was formerly employed at Hillcrest Market and at the former Klein and Roderick Men s Clothing store. Mrs. Rowe was a member of the First Christian Church, the Katherine McCallum Fellowship Group, and the Crusader Class. She also belonged to AARP. She is survived by a daughter, Jacqueline Lee Davidson of Ocala, FL; two sons, Robert D. Rowe of Minerva and Gary L. Rowe of Toledo; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; a sister, Dorothy Phillips of Alliance; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert N. Rowe on January 3, 1983 (they were married on March 25, 1937); her parents, Charles C. and May Florence (Finley) Davis; a sister, Mildred Wilkinson; and three brothers, Walter Davis, Earnest Davis, and Charles Davis. The family will receive friends at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Sunday, October 23, 2005, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at funeral home on Monday, October 24, 2005, at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Pam Bruno officiating. Internment will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
