Audrey D. Gates 's Obituary
Audrey D. Gates, 83, of Alliance, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2015 at 2:20 am at her home.
Born on January 22, 1932 in Maple Hollow, Pennsylvania to Fred and Anna M. (Teater) Hill, she lived in Alliance since 1950.
A graduate of Alliance High School, Audrey was a Yoga Teacher for 30 years and had been a Pink Lady at Alliance City Hospital for many years.
Survivors include three sons, George (Sue) Gates of Alliance, OH, Anthony (Patricia) Gates of Alliance, OH, and Rod Gates of Alliance, OH; a daughter, Kimberly Gates of Alliance, OH; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her husband, George Gates who died on July 26, 1969; her parents, Fred and Anna M. Hill; two sons, Fred C. Gates and Mark Gates; six sisters, Mary McKee, June Adams, Helen Nash, Jean Kensinger, Rose McCormick, and Martha Hill; and two brothers, Bud Hill and Fred Hill.
The family will receive friends at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the donor's choice.
