Antoinette "Ann" Butchelli's Obituary
Antoinette "Ann" Butchelli, 94, of Alliance, died on Thursday, November 20, 2003, at 5:35 p.m. in the Emergency Room at Alliance Community Hospital. A resiaent of the Hart Apartments, she formerly resided at 77 E. Milner St. Born in Cerchio, Providence of Aquila, Italy, she arrived in the United States at age 11 living in Cleveland where she was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. She moved to Alliance in 1941, and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, the former Ladies of the Christopher, the Golden Agers and the Alliance Senior Citizens. Mrs. Butchelli retired from the former G. H. Hess Garment Factory where she was a seamstress. After retiring, she was a volunteer for the American Cancer Society and St. John's Villa in Carrollton for many years. Survivors include several nieces and nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Pasquale and Elizabeth (Bianchina) Cipriani; her husband Dominic Butchelli in 1982; her son Franklin Butchelli in 1980; a sister, Mary DiNunzio; and two brothers, Louis Cipriani and Dominic Cipriani. Friends may call at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Saturday, November 22, 2003, from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Saturday, November 22, 2003, at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Fr. Donald L. Feicht as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
