Anne DeNiro's Obituary
Anne DeNiro, 93, of Alliance, died on Friday morning, January 6, 2012. Born on March 17, 1918 in Alliance, OH, she lived in Alliance all of her life. A graduate of Alliance High School, she was a member of Regina Coeli Catholic Church. Mrs. DeNiro retired from Perskey s, where she was employed for many years in the meat department. She was a member of the Trentino Club of Alliance. In her past-time, Anne enjoyed gardening, playing cards for many years with her friends, but especially loved her time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by two daughters, Carole (Robert) Ritchie of Alliance and Cynthia Bowlin of New Albany, OH; grandchildren, Robert (Angela) Ritchie, Michael (Jennifer) Ritchie, Anne (Duke) Dye, & Joseph Bowlin; great-grandchildren, Jordyn, Robby, Jack, Alexandra & Emma; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was her husband, Louis DeNiro on December 3, 1992: her parents, Elmer and Ottilia Rosa (Pedrini) Pizzedaz; and her sisters and brothers; Frederick E., Guido Giuseppe Mario, John Francis, Julius, Emma, Alice J., Inez, Mary, & Elda May. The family will receive friends at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Regina Coeli Catholic Church on Wednesday, January 11, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Howard Ziemba as celebrant. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
