Anita K. Wiles' Obituary
Anita K. Wiles, 80, formerly of Alliance, died on Sunday, March 12, 2006, at her home in Rootstown. Born in Alliance on May 30, 1925, she had been a resident of the city for most of her life. Mrs. Wiles was a 1943 graduate of Alliance High school, and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Formerly employed at Coastal Pet Products, Anita s favorite pastimes were gardening and spending time with her friends in "the club". She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca Marie and George Croughwell of Blackstone, VA; a son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey David and Becky Sue Wiles of Payson, AZ; four grandchildren, Megan and Sarah Croughwell, and Zane and Reid Wiles; a sister and brother-in-law, Kathryn and Bob Frisina of Anthem, AZ; a brother and sister-in-law, Francis David and Judy Common of Rootstown; a sister-in-law, Florence Common of Sagamore Hills, OH; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was her husband, Russell A. Wiles on May 21, 1999 (they were married on August 28, 1948); her parents, Nicholas C. and Marie (Ierovante) Common; and a brother, Mark Twain Common. The family will receive friends at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Thursday, March 16, 2006 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Alliance on Friday, March 17, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. with the Rev. Fr. Donald L. Feicht as celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
