Sharon L. Unger

Sharon L. (Findling) Unger, 72, of Alliance, passed away on Monday, April 11, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Aultman Alliance Community Hospital. Born on September 16, 1949 in Alliance, to William E. and Helen (Diver) Findling, she lived in Alliance all of her life. A 1967 Grad Alliance High School, Sharon was employed at G & H Fiberglass as an accountant. Sharon enjoyed cooking, especially homemade pies, loved the beach and her Boxers. Survivors include her husband, Jennings "Jim" Unger, whom she married on February 14, 1972; her daughter, Annette (James) Williams of Alliance; her son, James (Debbie) Unger of Louisville, KY; a step-daughter, Vicki Unger of AL; a step-son, Timothy (Diane) Unger of AL; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents; three brothers, William E. Findling, Jr., Robert Findling and Lewis Findling. There will be no funeral services.
