Marsha A. Mravich

April 26, 1945 - January 8, 2019

Marsha A. Mravich, 73, of Alliance, died on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 7:30 am her home in Alliance. Born in Alliance, Ohio to Franklin and Roma (Bacon) Wells, she lived in Alliance most of her life and attended Marlington High School. She was a member of Regina Coeli Catholic Chjurch where she was a past Eucharistic Minister. Marsha worked as a waitress and cook for many local restaurants. She was the owner of MarNic's Horse Boarding in Lexington Township and boarded and cared for horses for over 25 years. She had a special gift in working with all animals. Marsha was a member of the American Paint Horse Association (APHA) and the American Pinto Horse Association (APtHA). She won numerous awards for showing her horses locally. Marsha loved all animals, especially horses, dogs and cats. She enjoyed showing her horse and trail rides, and her dog and many cats. Survivors include her daughter, Wilma (Donnie) Roberts-Brown of Alliance; two step-sons, Nicholas Mravich, Jr. of Canton and Mark Mravich of Dublin; a step-daughter, Tracy (Andy) Ferrett of Hartville; her granddaughter, Anna Maria Ferrett of Hartville; a half-brother, Joseph Jett of Alliance; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her beloved husband and friend, Nicholas J. Mravich; her parents; a sister, Roma Eddy; her niece, Christina Konrath; and a half-sister, Kay Shelton. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 14, 2019, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Regina Coeli Catholic Church. Her Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 am with Rev. Joseph Ruggieri, of as celebrant. Burial will immediately follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to Regina Coeli Catholic Church 663 Fernwood Blvd. Alliance, OH 44601 Always pray to have eyes that see the best in people, a heart that forgives the worst, a mind that forgets the bad, and a soul that never loses faith in God.
