Andrew A. Zufall, 70, of Alliance, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2022 at 9:39 pm at Aultman Hospital in Canton, Ohio. Born on April 2, 1951 in Alliance, to Andrew O. and Edna I. (Noling) Zufall, he lived in Alliance most of his life. A 1970 graduate of Marlington High School, Andrew was a member of Maximo Zion Church. A veteran of the Vietnam Era, he served our country in the U.S. Army and the US Army National Guard and was a member of the V.F.W. Post 1036. Andrew retired from PTC Alliance in 2007 after 35 years of service. He was a member of the Dante Alighieri Society, Roma Society and the William Penn Club. Andrew enjoyed fishing, hunting, motorcycles, and John Deere Tractors. Survivors include his wife, Peggy (Baker) Zufall, whom he married on December 15, 1978; his two sons, Chris (Shannon) Zufall and Zach (Melissa) Zufall, all of Alliance; his daughter, Jennifer (Chris Hicks) Zufall of Alliance; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and several cousins. Preceding him in death were his parents. The family will receive friends and family on Sunday, March 20, 2022 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home. His Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 21, 2022 at 11:00 am at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home with Rev. David Ashbrook officiating.
