So sad to hear the news of the loss of a great man. I first met Mr. Brooks at the Alliance, First Church of The Nazerine. A Sunday school teacher, and an educator at Sebring High School. He was a wonderful man. Thoughts and Prayers to his wife and family.
I was so sad to hear of Coach Brooks' passing. He was a great teacher with a big heart and always tried to do the right thing. �I greatly appreciated his fun loving personality in class,�his coaching and mentoring on the basketball court and that crazy St. Patrick's day suit! Although he will be missed greatly, the legacy of his impact will live on. My deepest condolences to Linda, Heidi and the rest of his family.�

Loved Mr. Brooks! I enjoyed his classes and especially remember our great conversations during the 1972 presidential elections. :-) My sincere sympathies to his family.
